Horselegal.co.uk has been created to bring together legal specialists who can assist with your equestrian issues, whether that be the buying and selling of stables or grazing land, partnership disputes, or a personal injury claim, either where you have been injured by a horse or where you and/or your horse have been injured in an incident such as a road traffic accident.
We also handle claims of veterinary negligence.
Our personal injury team comprises David Pett, a solicitor with over 15 years of experience with injury claims, Sara Westwood, also a solicitor with over 10 years of experience and Simon Bransby, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive with nearly 20 years of experience. David will also be happy to handle any business or partnership issues you may have.
Sara, together with the Senior Partner, David Jones will deal with cases of veterinary incompetence, both having strong backgrounds in the field of clinical negligence.
Last, but by no means least, is John Bee who will handle the buying and selling of your stables or land or indeed any domestic conveyancing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. What John doesn’t know about buying and selling land and property is not worth knowing.
